What is N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate?
N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate (Ac-AEDG-NH₂) differs from Epitalon only by the two terminal modifications intended to increase stability against peptidases.

State of research
The modification follows a common strategy: an acetyl group at the start and an amide at the end protect short peptides from exopeptidases, which clip amino acids from chain ends. For a tetrapeptide such as epitalon this can extend lifetime in solution and tissue.
Biological data so far come almost entirely from unmodified epitalon: telomerase activation in human cell cultures, effects on melatonin rhythm and rodent lifespan studies, mostly from Vladimir Khavinson's group. Whether the modified form behaves the same is open and a reasonable experimental question in itself. The epitalon evidence is explained in epitalon telomere studies.
Status and quality
N-acetyl epitalon is not approved as a medicine. Peptidkauf sells N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate solely as a research reagent for laboratory and in-vitro use and gives no dosing or application advice.
An independent laboratory tests every batch for purity (HPLC), identity and measured content before it goes on sale; the reports and their verification keys are in the lab report archive. The material ships as lyophilised powder in a glass vial; storage and laboratory handling are covered under storage & handling.
