GHRH and ghrelin reinforce each other in releasing growth hormone; physiological studies showed that a GHRH analogue and a GHRP together release more than the sum of each alone. No controlled study has examined this exact combination.

Status

Tesamorelin is approved in the US for a narrow indication, not in the EU; ipamorelin is not approved anywhere. Both are on the anti-doping prohibited list. Research use only.
