What is CJC-1295 DAC?
CJC-1295 DAC is the tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analogue Mod GRF 1-29 carrying a maleimide group on a C-terminal linker, which reacts with Cys34 of serum albumin.

State of research
The key human study (Teichman et al., 2006) gave healthy adults single injections: growth hormone rose several-fold for six days or more, and IGF-1 stayed elevated for about nine to eleven days. Half-life was about six to eight days, compared with minutes for native GHRH. Clinical development was not continued.
Preclinically, CJC-1295 DAC is a model case for albumin binding (the "Drug Affinity Complex"), a way to extend the half-life of small peptides. The difference from the non-DAC version is explained in CJC-1295 DAC vs. no DAC.
On price: the current price of the 5 mg vial is shown in the size selector above. Between suppliers, the figure that matters is the price per milligram of measured peptide, which you can work out from our lab report.
Status and quality
CJC-1295 DAC is not approved as a medicine and is on the WADA Prohibited List. Peptidkauf sells CJC-1295 DAC solely as a research reagent for laboratory and in-vitro use and gives no dosing or application advice.
An independent laboratory tests every batch for purity (HPLC), identity and measured content before it goes on sale; the reports and their verification keys are in the lab report archive. The material ships as lyophilised powder in a glass vial; storage and laboratory handling are covered under storage & handling.
