What is Alarelin?
Alarelin is a nonapeptide GnRH analogue (pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-D-Ala-Leu-Arg-Pro-NHEt). The modifications increase stability and receptor affinity compared with the native hormone.

State of research
Alarelin belongs to the GnRH superagonists, alongside leuprorelin and buserelin. The principle: a D-amino acid at position 6 protects against cleavage, and the shortened, amidated end increases receptor affinity.
Published work comes mainly from China on ovulation induction in livestock and fish farming, plus studies on pituitary desensitisation with continuous exposure. In basic research it is a stable tool for the GnRH receptor, compared with gonadorelin.
Status and quality
Alarelin is not approved as a human medicine in the EU. Peptidkauf sells Alarelin solely as a research reagent for laboratory and in-vitro use and gives no dosing or application advice.
An independent laboratory tests every batch for purity (HPLC), identity and measured content before it goes on sale; the reports and their verification keys are in the lab report archive. The material ships as lyophilised powder in a glass vial; storage and laboratory handling are covered under storage & handling.
