| Synonyms | Relaxin-2-B-Ketten-Analogon |
Structure
B7-33 comprises amino acids 7–33 of the relaxin-2 B-chain with substitutions that improve solubility. Unlike native relaxin it needs no A-chain.
State of research
Research covers anti-fibrotic effects in heart, lung and kidney models and the biased activation of particular RXFP1 pathways.
Status
B7-33 is not approved as a medicinal product.
